Lori Ann Bailey

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lori Ann Bailey, who left this world for her eternal home on September 22, 2025, at the age of 57. Lori was born on February 9, 1968, in Greenville, South Carolina.

A beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, Lori lived a life filled with love for her family. She is survived by her loving mother, Judy Pressley of Greenville, her stepmother, Judy Bailey of Piedmont, her sister, Andrea Turner (Robert) of Greenville, and her brothers, Tommy Bailey (Danielle) and Isaac Stokes, both of Williamston. Lori was preceded in death by her father, Thomas L. Bailey, Sr., her beloved companion, Tim Freeman, and a brother, Kade Stokes.

Lori was a cherished aunt to her nieces, Nikki Hood (David), Kayci Miller, Bailey Miller, Auburn Bailey, and Ada Stokes, and her nephews, Corey Miller and Thomas Bailey. She was also a doting great-aunt to her seven great-nephews: Owen, Koty, Eli, Easton, RJ, Robbie, Jack and Brantley.

In her final message to those she loved, Lori wrote, "On this day, I took my first steps towards the Lord’s embrace. Everyone, I can walk now! It was worth the wait!" Her unwavering faith and courageous spirit were an inspiration to all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her loving heart and her joyful perspective on life.

A graveside service for Lori will be held Friday, September 26, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 1901 Wade Hampton Blvd, Greenville, SC 29609.
