Sue F. Hendrix of Taylors, SC passed away in her home on June 8, 2016. She was the daughter of the late Jobe Y. and Adelle B. Floyd. Sue retired as a registered nurse and worked for Greenville Memorial Hospital for over 40 years. She was also a dedicated member of Lee Road United Methodist Church for over 50 years. A compassionate and selfless woman, she loved her family and enjoyed her grandchildren. She had a caring, gentle heart.
Sue is survived by her husband of over 50 years, Ronald F. Hendrix; her daughter and son-in-law Rhonda S. and Christopher M. Pace; her three grandchildren, Ryan, Emma, and Lily Pace; her sister Anita Dominick; her brother Kenneth Floyd; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by two sisters, Vivian Epting and Betty Jean Longshore.
Services will be held Friday, June 17th at 2pm at the Chapel at Woodlawn Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors at 1pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Lee Road United Methodist Church or the American Heart Association.
