Born in Puerto Rico, he was a son of the late Ralph Jack and Elinor Mather Lyons.
He was an Air Force Veteran and retired pilot from Continental Airlines.
Surviving are his wife, Liudmila Goncharova Lyons; a daughter, Senta Jones; a sister, Elizabeth Kolb and a brother, Richard Y. Lyons.
Services will be held 11:30 am Friday in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
