An avid bowler and golfer, Bill was also a devoted lifelong fan of the Clemson Tigers. His love for community and fellowship was evident in his long-standing commitments as a 25-year member of the Masons and a 23-year member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Bill was predeceased by his son, Danny Satterfield, and great-grandson, Jeremiah Satterfield.
He is survived by his loving wife, Ann R. Satterfield; daughter, Beth Satterfield; stepdaughter, Donna Malone (Mike); and stepson, Scott Robertson (Lisa). He also leaves behind six cherished grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services for Bill will be held on Friday, September 19, 2025 at Mackey Funerals and Cremations at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 1 Pine Knoll Drive, Greenville, SC 29609. Visitation will begin at 12:30 PM followed by the funeral at 2:00 PM, with burial to take place in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bill’s honor to the Eastern Star ESTARL Program.
