Belle was born in 1921 in New York City and attended Mt. Sinai Nursing School. Belle was a consummate mother and the strength of her family. She was warm, compassionate and loved by all. She resided in New Rochelle, Miami and Greenwich. She is survived by her children, Donna Conte (Robert), Claudia Carman (Gary), Robert Milton, Linda Milton, and Patricia Milton (pre-deceased); her grandchildren, Steven Conte (Karen), Lauren Alter (Peter), Pamela Tuchman (Bruce), Melissa Conte, Todd Conte, Jennifer Carman, Stephanie Carman and Jonathan Carman; her great-grandchildren, Alex, Hunter, and Griffen Conte; Alexa and Grant Alter; Jordan and Dylan Tuchman; and Matthew Conte. She was predeceased by her parents Samuel and Rose Rabinowitz and her twin sister, Gertrude Deneff. Contributions in her memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd at 10:30am at Sharon Gardens Cemetery, Valhalla, NY.
