With heavy hearts, the family of Doug announce his passing on Saturday, October 21st at Greenwich Hospital. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Maureen. He will also be remembered with love by his children, Jake, Doug Jr. (Rebecca), Priscilla, Jessica (Ryan), and his grandchildren Tres, Lexi, Charlotte, Iva and Lillian. Doug is survived by his twin brother Kenneth (Sheila) and his nephew, James and niece, Susan (Scott).
A very special thank you to the outstanding staff at Greenwich Hospital along with the many support staff that cared for Doug over the last three years.
Cremation has taken place and a private family funeral will be held. The family has asked that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to “Coffee for Good”, an organization helping to transform lives. coffeeforgood.org
