Alvin Maurice Spain, 86, of Arkoma, Oklahoma, formerly of Fort Smith, Arkansas died Wednesday, April 27, 2011 in Fort Smith. He was born November 30, 1924 in Six Mile Valley, in Logan County, Arkansas.
Memorial service was held Saturday, April 30, 2011 at Landmark Cemetery in Six Mile Valley.
He is survived by two sons, James Darrell Spain and wife, Pat and Ronald Dale Spain; two grandchildren, Christopher Spain and Matthew Spain. He was “PaPa Al” to Raechel Lott and Steven Langford.
