Funeral service with military honors will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 21 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with burial at Pine Log Cemetery in Barber. Viewing will be Monday from 2 – 7 p.m. at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 5 – 7 p.m.

He is survived by his wife, Glenda Cochran; one son, Shawn Cochran and wife, Keri of Beverley, WV; three daughters, Deanna Yarbrough and husband, Tim of Fort Smith, Debbie Livingston of Glendale, AZ and Sandy Malm and husband, Dave of Cedar Falls, IA; one sister, Dorothy Neisler of Greenwood; eight grandchildren, Dayna Karas, Darrell Abell, Holly Mangel, Heather Klenske, Drew Yarbrough, Silas Cochran, Sam Cochran and Sara Cochran and seven great grandchildren, Morgan Karas, Parker Karas, Lennon Klenske, Gordon Klenske, Audrey Mangel, Maddie Mangel and Charlotte Mangel. He was preceded in death by his parents, Byrd and Daisy Cochran, three brothers, Carl, Orville and Doyle Cochran and three sisters, Zelma Blythe, Opal Betts and Lizzie Laura Russell.

Pallbearers will be Gary Stovall, Steve Sherrill, Carl Schneider, Drew Yarbrough, Ron Embree and Silas Cochran. Honorary pallbearers will be Tim Yarbrough, Harold Dailey and Gene Hamm.
