Frances A. Nichols, 84, of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Monday, May 23, 2022 in her home. She was an exceptional pianist and organist and played for many churches and organizations throughout her lifetime. She was a songwriter as well and wrote numerous songs, many inspired by the Psalms of the Bible. She was a beloved piano teacher and taught lessons even up until a few weeks before her death.
She is survived by her husband of 13 years, Leon Nichols of the home, her only child, Sarah Hites and her husband, Michael and three grandchildren, Jordan, Hudson and Autumn all of Tuttle, Oklahoma.
At her request, there will be no service at this time. Cremation is under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home in Greenwood.
