Jazz S. Duangvilay, 32, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away Friday, November 19, 2021 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was a Field Technician for Raven and a member of Amen Baptist Church.

Memorial service will be 2 p.m., Saturday, December 4 at Amen Baptist Church in Fort Smith under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Visitation with the family will follow the service. Inurnment will be at Douglass Cemetery.

He is survived by one son, Alex Duangvilay of Fort Smith; one step-daughter, Faithlynn Schuch of Fort Smith; his mother, Sangmany Wachowski of Fort Smith; his father Sounthon Duangviliay of Fort Smith; his girlfriend, Alyssa Schuch of the home and two brothers, Bo Duangvilay and James Duangvilay both of Fort Smith.
