He is survived by two daughters, Linda Valley of Central City, IA and Joann Chenjeri of Talent, OR; one son, Jerry Puckett of Longview, TX; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 24 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with burial at Liberty Cemetery. Viewing will be 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Pallbearers will be G.K. Ware, Byron Puckett, Eugene Puckett, Jesse Miller, Clyde Holland and Allen Spradling.
