My brother , Mike, called to tell me of Aunt JoAnne’s passing. I’m so sorry to here this. We shared Christmas cards throughout the years with Aunt JoAnne and last year, sadly, we did not send our cards due to Hurricane Harvey and that we lost our home. I wish we had. I so enjoyed hearing from her every year. 
Mike said there would be a service in Chicago on 9/8. I’m recuperating from a fall and broken hip in Houston, but would appreciate details so that we may either send flowers or make a donation most meaningful to Aunt JoAnne. I loved her and your dad, Uncle George, very much.

Mrs. Szczepanik is survived by one son, Steve Szczepanik of Greenwood, one daughter, Julie Graham of Carpentersville, Illinois, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
