Lawrence Wayne Hook, 59, of Roland, Oklahoma, formerly of Greenwood, passed away Thursday, November 24, 2022 in a Fort Smith hospital. He was a retired carpenter and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

He is survived by four brothers, Dean Slate, Aaron Slate, Clinton Slate and Doug Slate and two sisters, Lois Madden and Patty Palmer.

The family will hold a private family memorial service at a later date.
