

Mary A. Gilbreath, beloved mother and grandmother, passed this life to a heavenly one Monday, December 19, 2011, at the age of 97 years. She was born to Henry T. and Minnie J. Ray Russell on January 30, 1914, one of seven children. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert and three sons, Ralph, Rae and Roy Gilbreath.
Funeral service will be 10 am Thursday, December 22, 2011 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with burial at Liberty Cemetery. Viewing will be Wednesday 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. pm at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
She is survived by two daughters, Janice Quillman and husband, Irvin and
Ruth Oliver and husband, Bill, both of Greenwood; ten grandchildren, James Quillman and wife, Elaine of Mineola, TX, Larry Quillman and wife, Teresa of Greenwood, Phillip Gilbreath of Siloam Springs, Marilyn Bair and husband, Tim, Jennifer Rose and husband, Michael both of Fort Smith, Stephen Malenshek and wife, Leslie, Robert Malenshek, Andrew Malenshek and wife, Danielle all of Greenwood, Teri Whittaker and husband, Dennis of Benton, Rebekah Trotter and husband, Willie of Poteau; sixteen great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Joicie Gilbreath of Greenwood; five step grandchildren, thirteen step great grandchildren; and several loving nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
