Norma Elizabeth Hopper

Norma Elizabeth Hopper, 92, of Hackett, Arkansas passed away Friday, December 25, 2020. She was born April 25, 1928, a daughter of the late Ed and Grace Stem. Norma was retired from the Hackett Public Schools and was a member of Hackett First Baptist Church. Norma was one of the sweetest women and loved her family. She loved reading a good book and her beloved dog, Pearle.

Norma was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Iloe Hopper and sisters, Eva (Arthur) Carter and Eddie Mae (Bob) Bishop. Norma has three sons, Eddie Hopper (late wife, Diane) of Mansfield, Frank Hopper (late wife, Susie) of Hackett and Lance Hopper and companion, Richard Phillips of Dallas, TX, seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.

Graveside service will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, December 30 at Old Union Cemetery in Hackett under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Viewing will be Tuesday from 1 – 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
