Patsy Carol Stinebaugh, 81, of Huntington, Arkansas passed away Saturday, May 17, 2025 in a Fort Smith hospital. She was born September 6, 1943 in Witcherville, Arkansas to Jim and Jessie Coward. She was a member of the Greenwood High School Class of 1961, retired LPN for Saint Edward Mercy Hospital and member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Witcherville.
Patsy is survived by two sons, Jim Stinebaugh and wife, Stephanie and Rick Stinebaugh and wife, Holly; one daughter, Angela Archer; eight grandchildren, Justin Brown, Matthew Archer and wife, Chelsea, Lindsay Cash and husband, Billy Jack, Kara Williams and husband, Chance, Lydia Stinebaugh, Colton Stinebaugh, Remington Stinebaugh and Ayden Gibbs; numerous great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Bob Stinebaugh and her sister, Jewel Lee Page.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, May 22 at Fellowship Baptist Church in Witcherville with burial at Lovelace Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. The Nurses Honor Guard of the River Valley will be providing honors at the church. Viewing will be Wednesday from 2 – 7 p.m. at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 5 – 7 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Colton Stinebaugh, Matthew Archer, Justin Brown, Billy Cash, Chance Williams, Price Williams, Jayden Darnell and Mike Oliver. Honorary pallbearers will be the GHS Class of 1961.
