Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with burial at Hartford Memorial Park.
He is survived by his wife, Pat; two daughters, Donna Moore of Hackett and Rebecca Taber of Benton; one son, Harold Foley of Van Buren; and three grandchildren.
Viewing will be from 1 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
