William Vance Tinsman, 87 of Hackett, Arkansas passed away Monday, December 8, 2014 in his home. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and retired from the U.S. Air Force having served during World War II and the Korean War. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Disabled Veterans of America and Priesthood Member of the RLDS Church.
He is survived by his wife, LaRheta Tinsman; four sons, Dr. Thomas Tinsman of Midland, Anthony Tinsman of Midland, Timothy Tinsman of Stephenville, TX and Dr. Theodore Tinsman of Springfield, MO; one daughter, Dr. Polly Anna Nelson of Savannah, MO; two brothers, Max Tinsman of Toledo, IL and Roger Tinsman of Westfield, IL and eight grandchildren.
