I have been struggling for quite a while with what to say about dear Amir's life and how fortunate I was to have shared many years with him.  His humor, and more often sarcasm, kept me in stitches.  His brilliant mind, kind heart, spirit, great musical interests, all will be missed.  I will cherish the fond memories and continue to think of him while listening to so many great songs he introduced me to.  With love.

Amir was my buddy.

We had inappropriate jokes to write, movies to see, and life-hurdles to negotiate.

He is missed.

My love goes to his family.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

I send my deepest condolences and love to Amir's whole family and his friends. Amir was very kind hearted and one of the most considerate people I have ever met. He was thoughtful and had a wonderful sense of humor. He was like a brother to me at one time and was a very supportive friend. I had an opportunity to meet his family a couple of years ago and they are all such lovely, compassionate people and that kindness echoed in Amir's spirit. I hope those that loved him will continue to carry on the legacy of his kindness and remember him this way forever.

We also extend our sincerely felt condolences to the sisters he left behind, Ayelet and Yael, and their husbands. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you; but most of all with William and Lida Lebovic, our lifetime friends: the grandparents who loved Amir so very much!
