Bill attended Castlemont High School in Oakland, California. He served his country in the United States Marine Corps where he was stationed in Korea.
Bill loved his job as a heavy equipment operator. He belonged to the operating engineer local # 3 in Oakland, California.
Some of Bill’s interests included; golfing, horse racing, NFL Football (big 49ner fan), camping, boxing, deer hunting, scuba diving and dancing.
Bill was a Seventh-day Adventist.
Bill is survived by his two daughters, Susan Skeens, of Gresham, OR., and Rhonda Larsen of Tracy, CA., brother Richard Post, sister Loane Myers, brother Michael DeMarco, sister Zeline Manley and his four grandchildren, Jessica Williams, Derek and Cody Klinck and Brandon Beck.
Private burial will be at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland.
