Blake attended Centennial High School. Some of Blake’s hobbies included hunting, boating, camping, dirt biking, horseback riding, snowboarding, wakeboarding, working on boats and cars and playing volleyball and softball.
Blake is survived by his parents, Thomas and Nancy Pokorny, Canby, OR., brother, Kris Pokorny, Canby, OR., two sisters, Cindy Gillespie, Canby, OR., and Kelli Myers, Canby, OR., and the following nieces and nephews, Katie Gillespie, Kasie Francis, Brittany and Chayse Gillespie, Ashlee Clingman, Whitney Fowler, Tyler Stein, Steven and Karlie Oakes and Javen Myers.
Memorial service will be on Saturday, May 3rd at 4 pm at Canby American Legion, 424 NW 1st Ave.
