Bobby Dean Rucker Jr., 58 of Gresham OR, passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2021. He was born on April 23, 1963 in Umatilla, Oregon to Bobby and Shirley Rucker. Bobby married Merla Rae Burch on November 17, 1987 in Vancouver, Washington. He was known as a “Jack Of All Trades”. Bobby built many things over the years that included Go-Carts and even his own Chopper. He loved playing pool and enjoyed outdoor activities.
Bobby is survived by his wife Merla Rucker of Portland OR; sons Daniel and Lonzo Turnbull of Portland OR; daughter Tessa Burchwaters of Vancouver WA; mother Shirley Rucker of Yelm WA; sister Bonnie Riggs of Yelm WA; six grandchildren, nephews and a niece. Bobby was preceded in death by his father Bobby Rucker Sr. and his sisters Debbie McNeal and Billy Joe Rucker.
A Celebration of Bobby’s Life will be held at a later time. Arrangements entrusted to Bateman Carroll Funeral Home in Gresham, Oregon.
