On February 28, 1958, David married the love of his life, Karen Krein. They were married for 59 years, and together they had two children.
David is described by his family as a man who loved life and the people he surrounded himself with. He was energetic, funny, loving, curious, kind, and much more. He worked as an ironworker for many years before his calling as an entrepreneur, which developed into a successful family business. David and Karen became snowbirds, where they spent their winters in Arizona and California. David loved to travel, vacationing in Mexico, Hawaii and David’s favorite, Bora Bora. In addition to his travels, David enjoyed gardening and cars.
David is survived by his loving wife, Karen Vincent; his children, Daniel Vincent and Denise (Todd) Hanson; as well as six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.
A Celebration of David’s life will be held at 2pm on Sunday November 12th, at the Gresham Elks Lodge, 3330 NE Division St, Gresham, OR 97030. All are welcome to attend.
