Helen Marie Ellwood, 78, passed away on July 3, 2015, in Gresham, Oregon. Helen was born on May 25, 1937, to her parents: William and Helen (Marriewitz) Plaag. She attended Seaside Heights High School in New Jersey, and graduated in 1955.
Helen was an avid bowler, and she bowled for over 50 years. She enjoyed traveling, particularily trips to Lincoln City. She was also a member of Lynchwood Church of God in Portland. Helen spent her time on this earth helping others, and she was a kind hearted woman. She will be remembered as being a good wife, mother, and friend.
Helen is survived by her three children; Karen, Randy, and Dick, as well as five grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.
