Isaac Khut was born on February 19, 2000 at 15:18PST in Portland, Oregon at St. Vincent’s Hospital. Isaac passed away on April 22, 2022 at 23:20PST at the age of 22. He was a loving son, brother, nephew, cousin, grandson, godson, student, volunteer, co-worker and friend.
Isaac lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; listening to music, playing basketball, exploring new food, and spending time with loved ones. After graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration at the University of Oregon, Isaac aspired to open a late-night restaurant for him and his friends to create lifelong memories.
A support system to all, Isaac always traveled the distance and spent countless hours to be with his friends and family in times of need. Isaac brought joy and laughter into the world by capturing and sharing special moments, having simple meals, and welcoming friends into his family. With his big heart and love for gatherings, he brought together many friends from all over town and cultivated special bonds that will last an eternity.
He is survived by his parents, Sophat and Nancy, paternal grandfather Khean Khut, grandparents Robert and Leng, brothers Andrew and Ethan and godparents Andrew and Gloria. The family feels comfort in knowing that he will be joining his paternal grandmother Sophea Khut in heaven. A memorial celebration of life will be held at Bateman Carroll Funeral Home located at 520 W. Powell Blvd. Gresham, OR 97030 on Sunday, May 1st at 10:00 am.
