Jill left us on the late afternoon of Sunday, June 1st of 2025. We met in the fall of 1988 at Banana’s Cafe & Bar, but most of you already know that. She was an excellent dart player, I was not. Anthony came to us in April of 1994. We married in September of 1995 and Haile arrived in February of 1999. What a beautiful family we have.
Jill was a loving mother, wife, friend and sister. She was frugal, giving, caring, and supportive to all of those around her. Jill has a small circle of friends, she was as lucky as they were. Jill made every holiday special and that will be remembered but never the same without her. Jill was so close to retirement and a lifelong dream of an Alaskan cruise in September. Jill was a Senior Account Manager in the commercial construction field. She handled some of the largest accounts in Oregon and across the globe. Her level of expertise was unmatched.
I would like to ask you all to never forget her and to talk about her often. She has left us far too soon. No truer words have ever been spoken than “You never know how much someone means to you until they have passed away."
Jill will be greatly missed by all who knew her. But most of all the Baranello’s. Jill is survived by not only her husband and children but also her siblings; Dawn, Kim, Steve and Vicki.
There will be a Celebration of Life held for Jill at the Moose Lodge at 16411 NE Halsey St Portland, Oregon, on Sunday June 8th from 12-3pm.
