I knew Ron all too briefly but what I do remember was his warmth, smile and gentle personality.  God bless Ron, family and his many friends.

Ron was the coolest guy in the building.  Smart and kind.  You knew he was authentic and would have your back, no matter what, if he believed in you.  His character was stellar!  A touch of class in the post office.

 I remember taking a public speaking class from him many years ago. You could tell that he was a true professional when he trained this difficult person. I knew Ron for many years and he helped me many times. He will truly be missed by so many.

Ron was a terrific, positive person who was generous with his time and knowledge.  No matter how busy he was, he would take the time to assist you with whatever he could.  My heartfelt sympathy to Ron's family for their loss of this special person.  Thank you, Ron, you will be missed by many.

I knew Ron for many years and worked with him.  A true gentle soul who brought pride to his job and always brought up his family when we saw each other.  May He Rest in Peace.  He will be missed by many.

I remember Ron with a smile on his face. Seldom did I ever see anger. He was a professional in what he performed at the Portland District Office, USPS. Ron had a gift to gab, probably why he made a good spokesperson for the Postal Service. Am I jealous since I am called Gabby? No! I've been out talked before. I will miss his positive outlook and sense of humor.

Ron was an amazing person. He always had a very positive attitude no matter what the situation. His strength and courage were an inspiration to all and it was a privilege to have known him and call him a friend. He will be missed by all.

Ron had a big heart and a warm smile. As others have noted, he brought a positive outlook and professionalism to his work at the USPS. He was a natural face and voice for the District, and always helped his co-workers see the possibilities in whatever challenges came our way. He was a bright light and will be missed by many.

It was an honor to have known Ron.  His courage was an inspiration.  Semper Fi!

Ron and I worked together as Marketing reps for a number of years at the main office in Portland. Ron was always the consummate professional. He took those skills and developed into a positive voice for not only the Porland District, but for the Postal Service as a whole. Rest in peace my friend.  To the Anderson family, my deepest heartfelt condolences.

Ron was always a calming presence in a sometimes hectic workplace.  He had a wry sense of humor that always made me smile.

Ron was dedicated in everything he did.  I enjoyed working with him at the Postal Service.  I will miss his upbeat personality and positive outlook on life.  To the family of Ron, please accept my deepest condolences on his passing.

Ron always had a positive outlook on life and he demonstrated it in his job at the Postal Service.
