

William “Will” Michael Miller sadly passed away on April 27, 2010 at the age of 58 years. A gathering to Celebrate His Life will be held. Please call Bateman Carroll Funeral Home for details (503) 665-2128.
Will was born July 11, 1951 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin the son of James F. and Doris A. (Weaver) Miller. The family moved to Portland, Oregon when he was three. He graduated from Menlo Park Grade School, David Douglas High School (class of 1969) and attended Mount Hood Community College, Columbia Basin College and later Green River Community College. Will lived several years in Washington and California but returned to the Portland area 20 years ago. He worked for 10 ½ years at AT&T Broadband as a sales and converter lab technician and most recently as a Security Guard.
Will had many interests. He was a very caring, and giving person at all times. He was also a Christian man, enjoying volunteering at the Grotto at Christmas. He was an explorer, avid reader, air show fan, blue grass lover and museum visitor. His special buddy was his cairn terrier “Pixie”. Will traveled to Hawaii, Canada and Las Vegas and enjoyed photographing special places. Will never married (but was willing to relocate).
He is survived by his mother, Doris Ann Miller of Portland, Oregon and his brother, Steven and his wife, Carol Miller of Gresham, Oregon.
