In 1964 Dr. Krepps, his wife Donna, and their three sons moved to Griffin, to practice with Dr. Joel Cox. He dearly loved “his girls” and delivered over 10,000 babies in Spalding County before retiring in March 2008.
Dr. Krepps served as Chief of Staff of the Spalding Hospital, and President of the Spalding County Medical Society. For many years, residents from Georgia Baptist Hospital in Atlanta came to Griffin where they trained under Dr. Krepps’ tutelage. In 1991-1992 he was honored to serve as the President of the Georgia Ob-Gyn Society.
