David W Saunders

Mr. Saunders was born September 24, 1940. He was highly involved in Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts, taught Youth Sunday School at Kincaid Methodist Church and was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Mr. Saunders was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur & Kathleen Buckner Saunders; wife, Carol Ann Neill Saunders; niece, Kim Harms and aunt, Evelyn Buckner.

Survivors include his daughter & son-in-law, Jill & Joe Keller of Milner; son & daughter-in-law, Chris & Tammy Saunders of Locust Grove; grandchildren, Jenna & Brian Huckaby of Lawrenceville, Jacquelyn Brooke Saunders of McDonough, Christopher Cleveland Williamson of Manchester, Amy Victoria & Chase Langley of Thomaston; great-grandchildren, Judah Barnes Huckaby, Elizabeth Grace Langley; sisters & brothers-in-law, Sharon & Terry Curtin of Fuquay Varina, NC, Doris & Don Jordan of Weaverville, NC; nieces, Merle West, Abby Davis, Annie & Justin Rice and aunts, Ruth Sevier and Norma Jean Morris.

A private family service will be held later.
