Edith Hammond Jones

Mrs. Jones was born in Griffin, GA. on November 16, 1942. She was the daughter of the late William and Jane Harrison Hammond. She retired after 40 plus year from the Mullins and Whalen Law Firm. She was a member of First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Jones and son, Ricky Jones.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Nathan and Miriam Jones; grandchildren, Johnathan Jones, Rose Jones, Joy Jones, Elise Jones; brothers and sister-in-law, Doug and Lynn Hammond and John Hammond; brother-in-law, Ray Parham.

Funeral services for Mrs. Edith Hammond Jones will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at 11:00AM in the chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Dr. Robert Blankenship will officiate. Burial will follow in Westwood Gardens. Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday from 10:00AM until the service hour.
