My name is Orlin. I was one of Jaliyah's nurses while she was on 5East. I took care of her many a day and night. She was my sweet baby girl! She became so much a part of my family, that my wife and sons would ask for updates on "baby girl" on a daily basis. I will miss my baby girl, but I'm comforted knowing that she's no longer suffering and enjoying her eternal rest! My prayers are with the whole family!

Jaliyah was so wonderful and such a beautiful little girl. Her resilience, her smile and  bright personality will truly be missed. So many of us here on 4W loved her and we cared for her  especially like one of our own.

I will miss you, Jaliyah! I know that you are sweet little angel now. I was one of Jaliyah's nurses at Egleston. She made each of our days brighter and happier when she was on 5E with us. Thinking of you all during this difficult time.

I was one of your sweet daughter's nurses for four months. She became everyone's baby girl on 5 East. I loved her so much, that the only thing that's keeping my heart from not breaking in two right now, is that I know God is holding her healthy healed and whole little body in his big strong arms. Now heaven is blessed by her big brown eyes and sweet smile.

My name is Kalida and Jaliyah was on our unit 5e and I wanted to send my deepest condolences. I want you to know that we loved Jaliyah like she was one of our own. She will be greatly missed and i want you to know that she was a angle and a bright spot in all of our lifes. Please take care.

My name is Lillian. I was one of the respiratory therapist that cared for Jaliyah at Egleston. I wanted the family to know that she touched all of our hearts. I loved to see her smile. We really love her. Please find peace in knowing that she is an angel that  was shared with us for a short time to bless all that knew her. She is now called to heaven to a rest from all sickness and pain. She will continue to bless us everytime we think of her.
