Mr. Willie Lee "Buddy" Brannon Jr.

Mr. Brannon was born on January 15, 1943 in Griffin. He was the son of the late Willie Lee Brannon Sr. and Willie Mae “Bill” Grantham Brannon. Mr. Brannon along with his late wife, Anne, owned and operated Buddy’s Shell for 21 years. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anne Campbell Brannon, sister, Yvonne House.

Survivors include his daughters and sons-in-law, Amy and Derrell Daniels, Anna and Bo Hooper; sons- and daughters-in-law, Lee and Michelle Brannon, Christopher and Margaret Ann Brannon; grandchildren; Campbell, Caroline, Claire, Brannon, Carlie Bo, Evie Jane, Jaxsen, Marissa, Grant, and Hailee; brother-in-law, Bill House.

Funeral services for Mr. Willie Lee “Buddy” Brannon Jr. will be held on Sunday, December 9, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the sanctuary of the First United Methodist Church. Rev. Kevin Lobello will officiate. Interment will follow in Westwood Gardens. Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, December 8, 2012 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made the American Cancer Society, 301 Kelly Dr. Suite 3. Peachtree City, GA. 30269 or to the First United Methodist Church, 1401 Maple Dr. Griffin, Ga. 30224 in memory of Mr. Brannon.
