Mr. Floyd was born April 5, 1947, in Griffin to Bonnie Brock Floyd and the late Emory H. Floyd.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a nephew Mitchell Thomas.
Survivors include his three daughters, Lisa Butler, Melissa Morgan and Christy Salibury; Mother, Bonnie Brock Floyd; sister, Gail Thomas Todd; brother, Tommy Floyd. Other survivors include niece and nephew, Tracey Warren and TJ Floyd as well as his grandchildren.
A gathering to celebrate the life of Mr. Wyndell Joseph Floyd will be held on Monday May 7, 2012, from 6-8:00 pm at the funeral home.
