Cathy was the best colleague, teacher and friend. She was a constant honest voice of reason and reassurance. Seems like only yesterday we were walking through the streets of Chicago together or having dinner in Los Angeles. She is dearly missed! My deepest condolences to her family. To her children - You mom was so proud of you! We spent hours talking about wedding planning while project planning. She loves you and will always be with you! 

Cathy was a wonderful colleague and an incredible friend of mine. She would always joke that she was old enough to be my mother and I certainly appreciated her maternal insights in my life and career. It seemed that most of our conversations got "deep" and philosophical and I trusted Cathy's input more than she likely knew. I remember my most recent in-depth conversation with her at Top Golf in Plano in February 2020 (you know, pre-Covid times) where she pointedly asked me what I wanted out of my career. That conversation meant more to me than she probably thought and has stuck with me ever since. Cathy's fun personality, lively spirit, and caring demeanor will surely live on through her children and the many lives that have been touched by her. She was a joy to be around and her sarcasm always helped to lighten the mood. 

You will be truly and dearly missed, Cathy, and I hope to again see you one day in paradise. Until we meet again....

On behalf of the Capuchin brothers I offer my deepest sympathies on the passing of Catherine. It is truly humbling to receive memorial donations in honor of Catherine's life. Please be assured of the brother's prayers for the entire Boles family during this great time of grief. May perpetual light shine upon Catherine.

Cathy was such an integral part of the Team Awesome family and our hearts are broken knowing that she is no longer with us.  I know each of us will hold tightly to our personal memories of this amazing woman.  For me, Cathy was that person who was steady and you could always count on but also brought such a thirst and curiosity for new things.  She was one of the first people I ever had to manage and I remember her constantly apologizing that she got put in my org structure without me knowing her, which I thought was crazy considering I should have been the one apologizing for not knowing what I was doing half the time! She was always so supportive of me and I'll forever be grateful for her friendship.  

I will love you and miss you forever my baby sister. It was an honor and a privilege to help care for you on this journey, one that ended way to soon. I know you are now at peace and in God’s hands. Give mom and dad a kiss from all of us. Your were the best...”just sayin”.

My heart aches for you you Alex & Caitlin. Your mom was truly a wonderful friend & you all were the BEST neighbors. I will miss our walks, talks & our drive into work when we both  worked downtown.  She adored you & was so very proud of you both.

My heart goes out to Alex, Caitlin, and all of the family. Cathy was the closest in age to me among our Sind relatives. I remember our  (loud) family get-togethers with great fondness. Cathy's hearty laughter was an important part of them. Godspeed, cousin.

So sorry to hear about your loss.  Cathy and I worked together at NBD/Bankone.  I always enjoyed our conversations about work and life generally ending up in laughter.   She was such a strong lady as she went through so much in her personal life.   I know her children love and miss her.  I know she was welcomed into  Jesus’s open arms.  She is finally at peace.

Cathy was such a GREAT Lady to work with.  I have thought of her often over the years and missed her many times.  She will be missed by many that have known her and the world will be a little bit  sadder place with out her.  She will be MISSED. 

Cathy as we go through our life we get caught up in  the every day life and think there will always be time to see this friend or that friend.  I have not seen you in a while and will always remember the good times we spent together working and bowling or just meeting up occasionally. I went to Regina High School with Cathy. She was our senior class President, and was very, very popular. People were drawn to her, Cathy had a light that drew people in. I saw her a few years back when a group of us from Regina met up at Gilbert’s Lounge. I’m so sorry for the loved ones she has left behind. Peace, comfort and blessings to all of you. 

Cathy, we met at NBD through Ray and my sister Vicki.  You joined our bowling team many many many years ago.  We had a lot of fun on Wednesday nights, bowling then staying in the bar playing cards and having a few drinks, until close.  We had a lot of fun on our annual State bowling tournaments.  One year you and me had a little to much fun, but we got to have a room to ourselves and didn't have to share with the rest of the team.  You were a very strong women who loved life and mostly her children.   Be as strong in heaven as you were here on earth.  

Cathy was an amazing soul. Her smile and outlook on life was inspiring and comforting. She will truly missed by all and we can only get comfort that she is with god now in heaven. God bless

My husband, James, and I are very recent additions to Cathy’s clan, through the marriage of our daughter Erin to Cathy’s nephew, Jeremy Raben. We met only about 4 years ago at one of those family gatherings where there was way more food than mouths to feed. What I recall of all the people we first met that day was Cathy’s immediate and infectious smile, laugh, hugs and kisses for the two complete strangers that we were. After that no party was complete without Cathy’s presence and contributions—nor will it likely be again. A fond farewell to someone we knew much to briefly.  Cynthia Smith & James Thompson
