Connor Michael Pochert

Connor is survived by his loving parents, Mary (Ryan Plotkowski) and Chris Hulan; Loving sisters, Alexandria and Mikayla; Beloved Nephew and Special Friend of Michael J. Pochert, as well as Amanda El Khoury (Zaynoun, Nour, and Joud), Kylie Machonchie (Bri Kreft), Cara Verlinde, Amy Sunderland; Cherished Grandson of Roy and Linda Pochert, Marie Verlinde (Papa Robert Verlinde), Grandfather Stephen Hulan, Great-Grandmother & Great-Grandfather Hulan, & Great-Grandmother & Grandfather Schultz; Connor is also survived by His Special Friend Adriana Leone.Connor is also remembered by many Great Aunts, Great Uncles, and Cousins who loved him very much.

Connor loved traveling, specifically to Clearwater Beach, Florida. Connor also loved cooking. During the summer, you could often find him outside barbecuing. Connor also held a fondness for rescuing lost and stray animals.

In the end, what matters most is that your loved ones are well, you’ve done your best, and you’re thankful for the time you’ve been given.

Visitation will be Saturday, May 6th from 3 PM until time of service at 7 PM at A. H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236.
