Krzysik- Emily Krzysik, age 89, of Easton entered into rest on Friday March 26th at the Jewish Home for the Elderly in Fairfield, CT. She was the devoted wife of the late Theodore Krzysik. Emily was born in Michigan on June 13, 1920, daughter of the late John and Rose Butki and grew up in Caro before moving to Detroit in her teens. She lived the majority of her life in Grosse Pointe Woods. She is the beloved mother of David Krzysik of Berkley, CA. and Doreen Collins and her husband Thomas of Easton, CT. She is the cherished Grandmother of Andrew and Paige Collins. She leaves behind two sisters in law, Aggie Butki of Florida and Stacia Sepos of Michigan. Emily loved and cared for her many wonderful nieces and nephews but shared a special bond and trust with her niece, Audrey Lopetrone. Thank you Audrey, for all your love, caring and support. Emily was predeceased by three brothers and one sister. The family wishes to thank the Jewish Home for the Elderly in Fairfield for providing outstanding care and respect to Emily allowing her to continue to live with dignity even as her health failed.
