I will miss my Mom so much. My Mom was a stay home Mom. She lived her life for us. When we grew up and moved on she never really adjusted. We spoke almost every day. She was so engrained into my life. The odd thing is now that she has moved on, it is me doing the adjusting. There is such a huge void that will be missing from my life. My Mom was the type of Mom that would do anything for her kids. As young kids she used to drive us around all over town with her. Wed go to malls, my grandparents, really just everywhere she went we went. She would go see movies that she did not even want to see and shed take me to baseball card shows. I remember her waiting in line while I was busy, maybe working, just to get me a Rollie Fingers autograph. Ive attended many rock concerts with her including an Eddie Money concert where she had a beer spilled on her from a drunk person. We used to golf together. Wed bowl together. It was her love that really kept me as a good kid because I really did not need anyone else, because she was there for me and cared for me so much. My Mom had all boys so she had to adapt. She tried to get us all to play the organ, but that did not last long. Luckily for her she had three granddaughters and got to do more girly things with them. Jennifer fondly remembers the times with Grandma playing cash registers, the drawing game, learning needlepoint, playing old maid and walking to see the fish and dogs in our neighborhood. A special memory was when Grandma and Grandpa would watch Jennifer learning to swim at the Warren Swimming Pool. As a family Karen, Jennifer and I treasure every moment we spent with My Mom. Karen says that My Mom was more of a Mom than a Mother-In-law. Going out to eat was always important and one of our highlights. The holidays at her home were something to remember. Other special memories were Yates Cider Mill, St. Clair and the Christmas Carole play at Meadowbrook. I really could go on so much longer. Mom, what am I going to do without you? Thank you for being such a wonderful Mom, mother-in law and grandma. I will always love you.

Steve, Although I never met your mom, I know how close you were to her and your dad. My prayers for comfort are with you and your family.
