Jean E. Gorman

Jean Evelyn Gorman passed on June 6, 2010 with her daughter Siobhan and devoted caregivers Bonnie and Gloria at her side. Jean was born January 10, 1926 the daughter of the late Floyd and Rosetta (Kloss) Pierce. Jean is survived by her daughter Siobhan Gorman (Bruce Bates) and her grandsons Gareth, Arie, and Elijah Bates. Jean is preceded in death by her husband William J. Gorman II and her son William J. Gorman III as well as her brothers Floyd and Ted and sister Ruth Dent. Jean is also survived by her sisters in law Carol Pierce and Evelyn Pierce, as well as many nieces and nephews. Jean was a well respected and proud Real Estate Broker, she owned Century 21 Avid Real Estate Company, the first Century 21 in the State of Michigan. Jean was a strong, kind and lovely woman, and is remembered fondly by those who were lucky enough to know her.
