Leo Joseph Wrubel was born February 1, 1935 in Ubly, Michigan, the son of Leo and Regina Wrubel. He entered into rest on May 24, 2019 at the age of 84. He was a long time resident of Warren where he was very active in his community, his church and in the Elks club. Leo was very social and went out to every activity he could find; some of Leos favorite places to be were church festivals, and bowling on several leagues. He enjoyed listening to polka music and enjoyed the fresh air and sunshine as often as possible. He worked as a tool and die maker most of his life and was proud to be a member of the U.A.W. He was also proud of his service in the United States Army. Leo is predeceased by his parents, his first wife Marilyn (nee Gagnon) and his second wife Dolly (nee Lindsey). He is survived by his beloved daughters Ann Marie Wrubel, Donna (Craig) Anderson and Peggy Wittstock. He is the treasured grandfather of Tyler, Brianne, Gabrielle, Joshua, John, Olivia, and Maxwell. Leo is the dear brother of Mary Jane, Lillian, Florence, Melvin, Bernice, and Joan. Visitation for Leo will be Tuesday May 28, 2019 from 2:00pm until 8:00pm at A.H.
