Lillian Marie Morey passed on April 29, 2026, at the age of 84, and was a resident of Saint Clair Shores, Michigan. She was born on February 28, 1942 in Detroit; daughter of Harry and Dorothy Kanter (nee Pziediciz).
She is survived by her loving husband David Morey. She was proud of her son David Morey and daughter Dawn Denison. She will be missed by her brother Donald Kanter, several brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Proceeded in death by her parents Harry and Dorothy Kanter, and her son-in-law James Lightner.
Visitation will be held at A H Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236, US, on May 3, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will take place at A H Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236, US, on May 4, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
A Committal Service will be held at Oakview Cemetery, 1032 N Main St, Royal Oak, MI 48067, US, on May 5, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm.
