Lucille E. Rochon

Lucille Elizabeth Rochon, age 102 of Clinton Township and formerly Warren, passed away surrounded by family on August 22, 2016. She was born in Detroit on May 5, 1914; the daughter of William and Elizabeth (nee Kaufman) Beier. Lucille loved to play Bingo and cherished her family greatly. She was a very strong woman and her sense of drive and work ethic has been passed down through several generations. She was a staple in her family's daily lives. She is dearly loved and will be deeply missed. Beloved wife of the late Dolph. Loving mother of Kathy (Jim) Miller and Pat (Bill) Jumisko. Treasured grandmother of Eric (Joy Ducey) Miller, Craig (Christy) Miller, Karen (Dave) Amidon, Stacey (Chris) Dreis and Julie (Ben Stein) Jumisko. Proud great-grandmother of Maddie, Evan, Nicholas, Olivia, Hazel, Nathan and Cole. Dear sister of Rev. Del (Mardelle) Baier and the late Dorothy Michie and Carl Beier. Lucille's family will receive friends on Thursday, August 25th from 3:00pm until 8:00pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr at Masonic, Warren. Instate Friday, August 26th at 10:00am until time of service 11:00am at Christ Lutheran Church, 32300 Schoenherr, Warren. Pastor Daniel Cave will officiate. Interment will take place on Saturday, August 27th at 11:00am at Holy Cross Cemetery, 610 South Water Sreet, Marine City. Memorial contributions to Christ Lutheran Church are appreciated by the family.
