Peggy was predeceased by her husband of 67 years, George Heidt. She was a proud mother of her children Mary Jo Moran (Ed), George L. Heidt III, Robert Heidt, Patti Austin (Jon), Thomas (Jennifer) Heidt, James (Linda) Heidt, and John (Mary Beth) Heidt. She adored her grandchildren Liz Horner (Brian), Eddie, Tommy (Kerri), Katie Kirk (Anthony), Teddy (Ryan), Rob (Rochelle), Chrissie Pohlman (Jeremy), Jodi, Jonathan(Sarah), TJ (Megan), Matthew, Jimmy, Amanda, Michele Goddard (Seth), Sammy, Morgan (Kyle), and Johnny. She was the great-grandmother of Lucy, Finley, Harper, Hayden, Ava, Aidan, Mina, Ian, Derek, Rachel, Graham, Levi, Henry, and Charlie.
A Memorial Mass will be on Friday, June 23, 2023 at 10 AM, instate at 9:30 AM, at St. Paul on the Lake Catholic Church, 157 Lakeshore Drive, Grosse Pointe Farms.
