PSILOPOULOS, Nick Sam, August 15, 1929- September 21, 2010. Nick is survived by his sister Dena Psilopoulos; Godson Tom(Patty) Giftos; nephew Jim (Patricia) Giftos, and nieces Christine (the late Jimmie) James, Joanne (Rev. Stamos) Ganiaris; many great nieces and nephews; and his dear caregivers Pam, Efi, and Kathy. He was born in Kyparissia, Greece. Nick came to the U.S. as a young man in 1946 with his sister Dena and other family members. They lived on the East side of Detroit and Nick spent many years working as a manager and controller for National Coney Island. He enjoyed traveling, fishing and spending time with his Dog Rocky. In state 9:30 until time of Funeral 10:30 Friday Assumption Greek Orthodox Church 21800 Marter Road St. Clair Shores. Memorial contributions may be made to the Church.
