Roger Saelen was born September 1, 1931 in Delhi, Ontario and entered into rest April 4, 2015 at the age of 83. Roger was the loving husband of the late Marilyn and dear father of Vincent (Estelle), Susan (Jim) Lupo, Lori (Kurt ) Krueger and Lawrence. He was the dear grandfather of 9 and great- grandfather of 2 and brother of Rosa (Tom) Crowe and the late Cecilia (Marcel) Nolf. Visitation Monday 2:30 pm 9:00 pm with rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral Tuesday 10:00 am at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack at Vernier Road, Grosse Pointe Woods 48236. Father Tony Sulkowski will be officiating. Burial will be at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the hospice of your choice.
