Stella Bados passed away on October 9, 2017 (on her wedding anniversary) at the age of 90. She was born in Detroit on November 26, 1926; daughter of Dane and Maria (Hagistelianou) Louis. Stella married Cles Bados on October 9, 1949 at Annunciation Church in Detroit. They enjoyed 56 years of marriage until his passing in 2005. Mrs. Bados was a very traditional woman who loved her Church and family. She was a member of the Assistance League at Bon Secours Hospital. She was proud of her daughter Vicki Bados Papas (Jim) and son George Bados. She adored her grandchildren Maria, Stella Athina (Tom), Gregory, Sofocles (Tatiana), Stephanie and George Jr.. She was the great-grandmother of Maria "Minnie", Yianni, and Dimitrakie. She is survived by her brother Tasso "Tom" Louis (Patricia). Visitation Wednesday from 9:00 am until the time of her funeral at 10:00 am at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, 21800 Marter Rd., St. Clair Shores.
