Ursula “Judy” McMahon passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2026. She is survived by her children, John and Joseph, and her grandson whom she adopted as her son, Joseph Jr. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren who were the light of her life, as well as her life partner, John, his family, and the condo community who all loved her like family.
Judy spent much of her life as a dedicated teacher. She especially loved teaching children to read and write which she continued to do even after retirement. She enjoyed dancing with her partner John and was a lover of animals. Judy was always watching out for “the underdogs” that she encountered in life. Whether it be an animal that suddenly needed a home, a child in the neighborhood who could use a little extra love, or a struggling family member. She was someone you could count on to make you feel less alone.
