Walter Clark Mingle, age 73 of Port Orange, Florida passed away Monday, November 16, 2015. Walter was born in Pennsylvania to the late James L. and Ruth C. Mingle on August 6, 1942. Walter was a member of the ARRL American Radio Relay League and an avid amateur radio and music enthusiast. Walter is preceded in death by son Philip Mingle, daughter Laurie Mingle and sister Eleanor Baird. Surviving in death is wife Kathryn F. Mingle, daughter Christine Garland, grandson Matthew Stevenson, sister Charlotte Mingle, and great-grandchildren Aaron Stevenson and Alaina Stevenson. Visitation Friday, November 20, 2015 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Rd. at Masonic, Warren. Interment will be in Glen Eden Cemetery, Livonia, MI. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church, New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
