Alexis Jasmin Morehead

Our beloved Alexis Jasmin Morehead passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 28, 2022; at the age of twenty-four. Alexis was born in Columbus, Ohio on April 18, 1997. "Lex" as she was affectionately known to her family and friends, was the eldest of five siblings. Alexis enjoyed the nature and scenery of Logan, Ohio where she spent most of her life. She graduated from Logan High School in 2015. She was a very talented flutist and artist. She had a passion for tattoos, gorgeous makeup and a love for cats. She was a kind and loving soul.

Celebrating her legacy and cherishing her memory are her parents, David Ransom II and Darci Morehead, siblings Arianna Ransom, Aiyanni Ruffin, Darian Ruffin, Daelan Ruffin and treasured fur brother Leo; paternal grandparents David Ransom Sr., and Henrietta Ransom; maternal grandparents, Charlie and Sharry Morehead; aunts, Michelle (Nathaniel) Ransom, Teri (Bobby) Ward; cousins, Macey, Nayvin, Bellamy and Brinley; cherished fur babies, Marlow and Pearl; along with a host of other relatives and friends.

A celebration of Alexis' life will be held 2/18/22 from 11a-3p at Franklin Park Conservatory, in the "Palm House" at 1777 E Broad St., Columbus, Ohio 43203.
