Barbara Jane Allen

Barbara Jane Allen, Age 79 of Grove City passed away Saturday, May 28, 2022. Barbara was born in Oceana, WV to the late Luther and Lydia (née Perry) Preece. She was the Financial Vice-President of BJA Management Corporation, AIJ Management Corporation, Lone Star Enterprises, and Q Corporation. She had a loving and kind spirit and would give selflessly to others. Barbara always had nice things to say about those she met and was loved by everyone. She was a true lady and always put her family first. In addition to her parents, She is preceded in death by her son Sean Allen; step-grandson Nicholas Allen; and siblings James, Ronald, and Virginia. Barbara is survived by her husband of 57 years, John I. Allen; daughters Melissa (Matt) Lawson and Kim (Michael) Siniff; stepson Johnny Ray Allen; grandchildren Meghan and Mackenize Lawson and Elydia Siniff; step-grandchildren Samantha (Hunter) Bond and Christopher Allen; sisters Dotty Cecil and Lynda Fields; brother William Preece; and several nieces and nephews. Barbara’s family will receive friends 5-8 PM Friday June 3 at Schoedinger Grove City 4242 Hoover Rd (Hoover Rd at Kingston Ave) where her funeral service will be held 10 Am Saturday. Interment to follow at Concord Cemetery.
